The Greens is located on the edge of Emirate Hills, it has a range of one to four bedrooms apartments. Usually the style and quality of all houses in Emirates Hills is good, but they all look same in appearance. Where to shop
The Greens offers variety of shops, including Choitram and Organic Foods and Café. Emirate Hills has three centres, each anchored by a supermarket. There’s Choitram at the Springs end, a large Spinneys at Spinneys town Centre in the middle and a Spinney market in the Meadows. All centres have Hayya! Gym, a beauty salon, a pharmacy and ATMs. The area has everything you need, from laundry services to fast food and fine dining or coffee shops to video rentals. Each estate of Emirate Hills offers a recreation area and swimming pool with pleasant places to relax and for kids to play. Where to Study
Several new schools are establishing, but demand is high and it can be difficult to get in anywhere because the waiting list in most of the schools is long. Schools already functioning are Emirates School, Dubai British School, Regent School and Dubai International Academy. The Kid’s Oasis in Emirates Hills is the only pre-school in the immediate area.
Traffic and Parking
The traffic within the area is fine, but speed bumps slow things down. Sheikh Zayed Road interchange can be a problematic at peak hours. The main road through the Emirates Hills is beautiful and provides great fun to pedestrians and children.
Safety and Annoyances
Almost no annoyances apart from the traffic. The area is well guarded and safe.
